Surprising Accuracy For An Inexpensive Meter!
Before installation, I checked the accuracy against my Fluke digital at half-scale and full-scale. It was surprisingly accurate for an analog panel meter, and required no adjustment at all!
It's installed on a home-built (in 1965), higher-current, Variac-adjusted power supply that is still used primarily as a lead-acid battery charger, and it does exactly what I wanted it to do, give me a reasonably accurate reading of output voltage.
With a small amount of elongating of the mounting holes, it replaced an old, beat-up Triplet that no longer worked at all. The old power supply is completely functional again, and it cost me very little to do.
I have no idea of how rugged this meter is, or how it will stand up to rough field use.
