  Item arrived with recharging cable not working, but I was able to exchange cable with another I had around, and got it to work. I arranged with the seller to get a partial refund, but after repeated promises to figure out how to do it, seller failed. I gave up after a month of trying to get seller to make good on the promise. I think seller was inexperienced but did not go further and ask eBay for help, though I suggested this.
