Complete 1996 Dime collection
The item is exactly as described. The Roosevelt dimes for Philadelphia and Denver mints were still in their respective mint cello packs. The Silver proof and the hard to find West Point mint dime helps this item to complete any collection of the Roosevelt dimes.
Most coin collectors will most likely already have the P and D mint coins, but most will not likely realize that 1996 W was a special mint for the 50th anniversary of the Roosevelt time and is hard to get.
With the W mint and silver proof this will complete any of the missing 1996 dimes.
