The seller was very honest, most courteous and helpful in every way, and we are very pleased with the item. It’s very good value for money! We are grateful for the help given in helping us to load it safely into our car.

Gorgeous sound, beautiful design.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought these as refurbished from BeoPlay, but when they arrived the box was still factory sealed. Despite that I'm reviewing them at the price I paid for them (£170), not the new price.
I compared these to some Sony noise cancelling headphones (MDR100ABN) which were a similar price. These headphones blow the Sony's away in every way. They are a really nice balanced sound with enough, but not too much bass. They are beautifully made, very comfortable and look really smart and expensive.
The only complaint I had was the touch controls for telephony. It is very easy to double tap the side of the headphones and activate last number redial. My fix for this was to disable the 'call audio' option in the Bluetooth configuration on my (Android) phone. But I don't use the headphones for calls anyway so it is not a deal breaker for me. I would strongly recommend that B&O look at making last number redial a configurable option via their app. BTW, the app works well and allows you to play around with the audio equalisation.
I do think that BeoPlay could up their game a bit by including a hard case instead of the soft material bag they include.
