Great energy and recovery!
This is a great way to wake up, get a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or as a pre/post workout. The amino acid profile is great and you can tell it provides for quick recovery. I've had grape, apple, and blue lemonade and they're all good flavors. The price is also very reasonable. Quick tip - if you like to cycle creatine, use this as your pre-workout during off cycle. It has no creatine.
