Beautiful. Really Beautiful.

The guitar is really something to hold in your hands. The pictures only hint at how great it looks. The finish is vibrant and every detail is aesthetically well envisioned. It has a great neck and action. Plugged into my Fender Blues Jr. the guitar sounded super - great amplified acoustic tone and the Bigsby worked perfectly. Really a nice instrument. I had viewed video demonstrations of the guitar where it was mic'd externally and not amplified and I liked that sound when I heard it. Once I had it in my hands I found that unplugged (and un-mic'd) the guitar is very quiet. I'd hoped it would have more volume unamplified as I wanted to be able to play it with other acoustic guitarists sitting around the porch or living room when not plugged into the amps. To my ear it is not suited for this.

I have a cam cage for my Lumix G85. I am running power from a power bank to the cam through a dummy battery and cable. Using this bottom plate makes room for the cable to the dummy battery so it isn't bent severely when its on a tripod- should add to the life of the cable. When I'm running around, hand-held, with the cam in its cage, using normal battery power - the bottom plate makes putting the cam on the ground super stable.
