They offered a refund or to resend the item, so I took the later and it arrived in a couple of days. Seller was very apologetic about the delay and communication was very good. Product is exactly as described, of good quality and good value as well. Add that to the brilliant after-sales service and you get a seller I'd be happy to deal with again.
