Psyllium Husk use
I have been using this product for several years and it has helped my digestion. I used to have bad constipation but taking these capsules daily keeps me regular. I have tried Psyllium Husk powder, because it is cheaper than the capsules, but it tastes so disgusting I threw it away and ordered some more caps.
