Saitek is fine but be careful dealing with Newegg
1 of 1 found this helpful I found the Saitek controller is just as written up by hundreds of others as being reliable, the actual stick not being floppy like in earlier models, and adjustable stick to fit the hand being a big plus. The glaring lights can be dimmed within the program. What is wrong with buying this product here is Newegg. They emailed me 3 hours after purchase saying it had shipped. Instantly my account was debited. The fact is, from FedEx direct, is that they did not ship the item until 4 days later. During this time I filed two requests to which Newegg did not respond. The item finally showed up after 13 days. After looking at their reviews I see over 1300 others have had the same problem of late delivery and they will not respond to request filed thru Ebay or direct email.
The control system is great-- Newegg is terrible!
