The record sleeves looked great as soon as they were taken out from the original packaging. Instructions for use were fine, but did need to ask them about method and frequency of cleaning the pad, and customer service responded quickly and were helpful. Early days, but first use of this, together with the stylus cleaner separately purchased do seem to have improved play quality.
