Excellent espresso machine!

I love this machine! I upgraded from a Krups steam espresso machine and what a difference! I was a barista for 5 1/2 years and am working on opening my own shop in a few years. This machine makes espresso that tastes like coffee house espresso. With the Krups I had to steam milk if I was making espresso and the espresso splattered everywhere. This is a great shot of espresso with golden brown crema. The only downfall is the noise of the pump when you steam milk. It makes a loud thumping noise. Anyway, used this machine at our family's Thanksgiving get together and I had nothing but compliments about it! Worth the money to do this instead of a steam espresso machine!

I love this machine! It replaced a Cafe...

I love this machine! It replaced a Cafe Roma from 2008. I have a fantastic grinder (Turin SD40) already and heard that the Breville grinders aren't good so I didn't want one with it. This thing makes quality espresso shots! My family is obsessed with it! I love being able to steam the milk manually. I purchased a milk thermometer to make sure I'm getting it hot enough (between 180-200 F) and that made the difference. I would buy this again!
