Instructions were very vague. Bolts to ...

Instructions were very vague. Bolts to install the legs were too long and wouldn’t work with the cap nuts supplied. I had to supply my own bolts. Controller did not work. Wrong bolts were used on some precassembled items, and other bolts on reassembled items were not tight.

Wont make a full Cotton Candy in 30 sec

I have yet yo be able to make a full sized "cone" in 30 sec as it claims. We also have not been able to figure where the temp/voltage selector works best. We have to constantly adjust it. It either works for awhile, then either burns or wont melt the sugar
