Set up not so smooth this time around!

I always buy Brother printers....they work good. This time I paid $250 more for the same printer I purchased a couple years ago.....pandemic price gouging. Also, this time I had problems with it right off the bat. It would not print in black. I spent hours trying to get it to work correctly & finally gave up and had to call Brother's technical help. After a hour with them, we finally got it going. So this set up wasn't as smooth as the last one.
