Cheap plastic
It's ok for replacement, but low quality in comparison to AC Delco. Unfortunately these older vehicles are subject to finding cheap alternatives to what you really should be using for replacement parts.

very repetitive
OK read but each chapter is just more of the same. Confusingly written overall. Certain sections touch on great subject matter but its just incredibly repetitive. Gets boring and loses interest to continue with it. Made it to chapter 12 and gave up.
