Rechargeable batteries and charger are a real budget saver
Bought this for a flashlight that just gobbles up the expensive 123 batteries like they are candy. This charger and batteries will hopefully solve this issue. The charger works great and the batteries work in the flashlight just fine. I just received them so it is too early to tell about the actual life of the batteries. For the price paid, it is a bargain vs the throw away batteries.

A great device that really helped in training our dog.
We bought this for our 1+ year old Italian Greyhound which we rescued 5 months ago. He was stubborn to respond to us when calling him and would often run away as if playing a game of chase. We put the collar on him and beeped him (no shock or vibration) and he immediately came to us, kinda freaked out. That one time basically did it. Now when he gets to his boundary we just call and he immediately comes back. We very rarely even have to use the beep and still have never used the vibration or shock. I am sure that not every dog will respond this quickly but this device has been a miracle for us. We no longer have to worry about him running off and into the road. One negative note though from our standpoint: the collar beeps one time when you turn the switch on. This freaks our dog out so we have to go into a different area away from the dog before turning it on and putting the collar on him. I wish there was a way to turn on the collar without the audible beep confirmation. The collar does have a light that blinks when the device is on so the audible part is not necessary at all.

Good casters if you have to have 1-1/4" size
Overall a good product for what it is. Sometimes the plastic wheels do not roll very freely on our hardwood floors but that is a function of the tiny 1-1/4" hard plastic wheels. Sometimes they tend to skate instead of roll. Rubber would have been better but I could not find them this size and the dimension was critical for my project. If you can use larger diameter casters such as 2", do it. Also use hard rubber if you can. It is what it is, so I would recommend them if you have to have tiny casters.
