Item is knock off.

Product does not work. I charged it, plugged it into the computer w/ the USB port, opened Itunes, and a warning popped up saying the product was "corrupted" and to "revert to factory settings". I did this, plugged it back in and it will not upload songs. A total waste of time and $.
