Needed to fix it upon arrival!
1 of 1 found this helpful The spring that contacts the batteries was set too low, and therefore the LED laser wouldn’t turn on reliably. I fixed the problem by putting a little rolled up piece of aluminum foil inside the spring. Now it works perfectly. So three stars because it came not working at all, but now it’s very good.

IT WORKS!!!
It really works! My hair was totally grey, now back to brown. It took a bit longer than stated by a week or two for total change, and maybe I was using too little every day, but it’s back to how it looked in my youth!
