  Item was not as described. I immediately contacted the seller directly, in hopes of a fair resolution. Seller offered no resolution, even after I sent a picture of the visible wear and tear, on the item, that was not described/disclosed, or visible in the photos, that the seller took. It’s apparently, the fault of the post office, even though there was absolutely no damage to the outer packaging.

  I believe this review was a mistake, I was never contacted about this situation as I would have absolutely remedied the issue and had the buyer return the item. I am assuming this person meant to leave it on a different item they purchased.
