  Seller posted an item for a minimum price of $0.99+$20.40 shipping and did not set a reserve. I was the only bidder and after the auction ended, and payment made, I received notice that seller would not sell item for that price as it would be at a loss. He agreed it was his fault and he should have set a reserve. Request was made that seller honor the price he set but he chose to refund the money instead. Just be aware that seller may change his mind if the sold price isn’t satisfactory to him.

  I mistakenly didn't put a reserve price on my item. When I realized this after it was sold for 99 cents, I wrote a sincere apology email to the buyer being that I paid well over $100 for the items. I only sell my own items on Ebay, I do not do this for business reasons. I also offered the buyer the items for $50, still at a big loss for me. I have never gotten a negative mark. As you can see, the seller did not mention that I made him/her a $50 offer to buy the items.
