Great book
1 of 1 found this helpful My wonderful doctor recommended the book. I have been to probably 40 doctors trying to diagnose something difficult. This doctor was the 40th. In 20 minutes, he listened and observed things that nobody else noticed, ordered tests, and is diagnosing things. He is a very smart doctor and if he recommends this diet, it is going to be good. That being said, I haven't read the book yet. I did however read one of his previous books on Gastrointestinal issues as he the doctor for someone else in my family, and that content was cutting edge and helpful.

best mascara i have ever used
This mascara is easy to apply, lets you build without clumping, and is the easiest to wash with soap and water that I have ever used making it easy on your eyelashes. I like the small containers so I use it quickly and reduce bacteria chances.
