Worth it
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an expensive stand, as are all top of the line stands these days. I got it to use with a custom snare I made which has a larger than normal overall circumference/diameter because of the wood hoops. The extra diameter made placement tricky, and the right lower basket arm was hitting my leg with other stands I had and modified for use. Only this stand and the Pearl would accommodate the drum naturally. Possibly the Tama but, it is listed one inch less so, I bypassed it. The final issue was simply the shape of the basket claws. The Ludwig, being a straight "L" gives me just enough room to snug it over and not touch my right knee. The basket has infinite adjustments in any direction, easy to make, which helped to place the drum in a position so the legs were not touching my base plate on the kick pedal or nudging the kick drum hoop. Little details that make a big difference on my set-up. I definitely got what I paid for. Great stand. I find no faults with it anywhere.

Works well. Great price.
Nifty little machine. Always wanted a band saw. For the amount of work I'll do on it, this fits the bill nicely. Minimal set-up out of the box. Instruction manual is easy to follow. If you want straight cuts you have to move very slowly so the blade stays straight. Easy cutting on outside curves. I have another WEN bench top product: a drum sander, and love that. I use that all the time. This saw should prove as good a product for the price.
