Good solid filter housing
easy to install, and durable. Does what it's supposed to do, filter rust and sediment out of water. Has a bypass/cutoff valve which is super convenient when changing filter elements.

For the money they aren't bad. They're cheap.
The bolts that hold the brackets to the car were too long and the washers OD was too large. I had to go to the hardware store and buy 12 shorter bolts and smaller washers. The cover caps pop off too easily and I don't know how well the plastic brackets will hold up as I can't tell what kind of plastic they are made from (ABS I hope). The cross bars themselves are fine and seem plenty strong. Time will tell.
If you need a rack for the CR-V and don't have much money, these can work.

The Right tank!!
The Earthquake auger is a good auger but the original tank is of the worst design. This new design eliminates the problem with the tank leaking. No more fuel soaked clothes!!
