Brakes never stood a chance!
1 of 1 found this helpful After discovering that the rear brake rotors in my '04 VW GTI VR6 2.8l were extremely compromised by rust and the contact patch of the pads was barely 60%, I knew I had to act swiftly. Much investigating online led me to the conclusion that the piston was a "wind-back" design and that I was going to need a mechanical advantage to complete the job. I found the very same kit at Harbor Freight but it was nearly twice the price. The reviews of this product suggest the material used is cheap, and therefore thicker. Turns out this was true enough to matter in my case. But I was able to wind it back enough to get the whole tool in place with just an extra step. Bottom line, this tool made this job extremely easy. I am glad I purchased this tool, and recommend it to the DIY Shade tree mechanic. My only regret is not purchasing the set with both directions clockwise and counter clockwise. Not because I needed it this time, but if I come across the need in the future, I'm going to know exactly how easy it would be WITH the right version, and how difficult it will likely be without it.

Both of them broke within 10 minutes!
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought two... Too small IMO, but most importantly, they both broke within the first ten shots! Don't waste your time, money, or the ammo!

Satisfactory
The sheets were a bit thinner than expected. While this is not the fault of these particular sheets, I have learned that I prefer roasted sheets of nori.
