No upset stomach or interference in my special diet any longer just a few drops is all you need, so tasty !!
Couldn't get it at my health food shop any longer, best buy I did, economical! As I am gluten intolerant !!
Great in soups salads casseroles anything!

For the Lover of good food a must have, great value for what I paid.
This is my 2nd cook book of Manu! 1st, Manu's French Kitchen, I had the pleasure of personally meeting him & getting my copy signed. I love the recipes of both, so french so tasty, easy to follow & delicious. The scallops with hazelnut butter are just yummy,so is the pork with apple & sage stuffing. The desserts,chocolate & hazelnut mousse are mouth watering.To many to mention. Family & guests are always impressed. Great to have photos & glossary added.Great menu ideas for dinner parties or romantic dinner for two.I have lots & lots of cook books, this is easy to understand & follow.Just an added on bonus to my international cookingflair! Makes a great xmas gift for the budding chef or a wedding gift so they can spoil a loved one! My 2nd number 1, is already gone to my daughter in the UK, they are thrilled, just love it! It will follow by a number two shortly.
