      I had specifically asked the seller to use a lighter box, but the package was sent weighing 3.6 lbs, which is unusually heavy for an ASUS Dual RTX 3070. Unfortunately, due to this, I won’t be purchasing again in the future.

      GPU weighs ~3.1 lbs — shipping at 3.6 lbs is completely standard with safe packaging. Buyer initially filed a false 'Item Not Received' claim, then retracted it after delivery proof was shown. Feedback appears retaliatory. We always ship safely and honestly.
