Measure carefully - and not at your waist
The listing mentions waist size, so I ordered by my pants size. Further into the listing, it says to measure "waist" 2 inches below the navel, which isn't exactly your waist. I wear 30" slacks and jeans so I thought this small "28 - 32 waist" would be just right. Instead, it is too snug. I used it anyway because it provided the needed relief of my hernia in spite of being uncomfortable around my hips and across my lower abdomen.
I am not fond of where the elastic straps attach to the back of the band. They do not follow the body's natural contours, and tend to make your buns look more like split-top dinner rolls. This may or may not be an issue, depending on the type of pants you wear. I have moved the straps on mine so the elastic goes between my legs and wraps around to the outside of my hip rather than straight back.
The truss has some great features including the removable plastic foam pads. The price, materials and basic construction are so good that I don't fiddling with it a little to achieve a custom fit.

Good indoor trainer tire
This tire (and matching tube) were bought for use on an indoor trainer. Tires specifically made for this use cost about 3 times more, and I didn't want to make that large of an investment. It was a very good purchase, giving much quieter and smoother use than the Slick 1.5 that was on the bike. I would have given it 5 stars if it was marketed as a trainer tire but it isn't. I will probably never use it outside and felt like I couldn't properly rate it for its intended use as a city tire.

Restaurant quality
The stainless steel is thick enough to provide a lifetime of service. It is highly polished on top. I needed it for my toaster oven, but I'll use it for years after the toaster oven dies.
