Starter ccr3650
Starter showed up on time, however the box had been thrown around like it was a football and was ripped open so I was concerned the starter had got damaged, fortunately it did not and works great, a couple of things I would like to point out though it did not come in original wrapping, it actual looked as though it had been pulled off another machine now it wasn't covered in dirt or anything like that but the teeth looked as though there was a little wear on them, also as mentioned there was no original box so when I recieved the starter it was lying loose in the box they shipped it in, nothing to protect the plastic pieces so I was lucky it was not damaged, like I said they thought they were throwing around a football, please insist when items are shipped they put bubble wrap around item and mark fragile or breakable on box, this might make sure it gets to you in one piece, again starter worked great and price was much better then what they were asking here .

Sony str 2020
Well I will say I am impressed with the Sony str lineup, I not only have the D2020 but also GX10 and 90, but this review is for the D2020, it is a charmer, sound is very good, I really like the optional equaliser that is available, now I only use it as a 2 channel stereo , it has ample power to push most speakers I was using a set of Technics sb200 and the combination was awesome I am now currently using a set of Dalquist bookshelf, they sound just as good, nice range with either set of speakers, now I did pick the 2020 up with a known issue, the speakers were getting out , to fix this I had to pull out any and all circuit boards related to the speakers and resolder everything including the power boards for safe measure, it did come back to life and really is a great reciever, the other notable that will be of interest to some is these units run really hot, so I actually installed a fan on top of the unit which keeps the heat to a bare minimum. I also took the time to clean it up and repaint the cover using the engine heat paint, I was really surprised how close a match the paint was. The wife actually thought I bought it brand new. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for something will a little power. Hope this review helps anyone looking for one of these. I will try and post some photos.
