makes perfect sense in every way
As a former elite athlete and registered nurse with extra nutrition training, I've always been extremely interested in this topic. I've been a follower of the Zone diet for many years and found it excellent but somewhat demanding with all the rule following. This is a lot easier to do, both from a nutrition and from an exercise perspective. The 10 Immutable Rules are not so hard to follow and make such perfect and practical sense. He is also funny!
