Awesome sounding pickups three of my basses have Seymour Duncan pickups now

Great Pickup
This pickup has a beautiful sound from rich mellow tones to great poppy sound to my ears anyway. The only gripe about it is and they do mention it that it does not fit your chrome plates however I have a Ricken copy so I was able to doctor my bass to use the chrome plates but I chopped the neck pickup chrome and I think it looks fine but I also had to chisel out the pickup compartment as they are wider then the original pickups. However it would look stink on your Ricken without the chrome. If I could add a foto of it fitted you would see what I did. I highly recommend this product because I love the sound of them. I went for this brand because I have a 6 string bass made by New Zealand Luthier Steve Barkman of Dunedin and he used Seymour Duncan pickups brilliant sound too.
