Nice try, but...
The kettle does smoke the meat as promised. It is impossible to clean, except the net. Reasonable smoking scent in doors when using a kitchen hood. The biggest problem is using an induction stove top, the heat bends the bottom of the kettle, making it hard to heat up to the desired temp. It also leaves red paint residue on the stove top.
