Try a different one
These do not spark. They are also very small and it's hard to use them in general, but they don't produce spark at all. I tried using a knife, saw blade, and a piece of metal that came with another flint fire starter and none of them work. Very disappointed .

Comes in quantity of 7
The hooks are great from what I can tell, but it's hard to know that you only get 7 instead of 186 as advertised. Also not worth the price. You can get similar products for much less on here.

Good for some
Pretty uneven cuts (some slices are thicker than others) and relatively thick for small flies, but for bigger flies this should do. Considering that domestic products are about 5 times more, this is good enough for bigger flies. Can't really recommend it for midges in my opinion.
