Good for the price
Looks good and is OK quality, the welds are a bit suspect in places and not everything is straight and true but for the price it's good. No brackets included for wall mounting but they're easily bought or made and once secured to the wall it's really solid. The catches are on the door are good and feel very secure when closed.

USB N64 controller
The controller is good for the most part, the only thing that lets it down is the accuracy of the analog stick right in the centre making shooting games such as goldeneye pretty much impossible to play. For other good party games like smash bros and mario kart however it works just fine.
The quality is pretty good for a generic chinese clone, it's picked up by Retropie running on a rapsberry pi3 no issues at all and also on windows PC without any drivers to deal with.

Good value for money
Good oil can which works well, nice and cheap.
