    Seller shipped me a used item that listed as new. I returned it and seller didn't process the refund after weeks. I had to contact ebay to get my refund.

    Item was brand new. Due to fragility shipping across the entire country I told buyer I was putting more bubble wrap on top of scanner to keep it safe as I have had the plate glass shatter before during shipment. Even offered $50 partial refund as a courtesy. Can't make some buyers happy, and some buyers like to leave feedback instead of contacting me directly. I have 1600+ sales on Ebay. Look at my feedback, I don't sell used items as new. Sadly some people on Ebay can't be trusted.

Great 3d player, Great price on Ebay too!
I just purchased a 50" 3D Samsung Plasma Television and needed to finally upgrade to a blu ray player and after some research decided on this one. It plays 3d movies very well and with a samsung television the setup is very very easy! It plays blu rays fast with little load up time. The networking was a little difficult (for the internet tv) but I decided to hardwire it into my router and it worked like a charm! A+ so far, especially if you own a samsung tv. If my tv's off and I power on the blu ray player...my tv comes on and goes right to the correct hdmi setting. If your looking for a nice 3d blu ray player I would go with this one. It is also very thin and sleek and looks very good with all ouf our black furniture. Why spend 300 plus and best buy for this when you can get it on ebay for about 180!
