Operating and charging instructions available only on line.
the unit came without instructions on how to charge the battery!!! :( The reason provided is that Dyson wants to be environmentally friendly by providing this critical information only on line! That's obnoxious considering the incredible amount of cardboard they use to package the vacuum and considering that they provided pages and pages in several languages about how to be safe. I never saw so much cardboard wasted on packaging such a small product. For the batteries, they warn about charging them correctly etc, etc, but rather than a few words as to how, they tell us to get that information online, which is a huge inconvenience.
