Excellent Price
I ordered two radios; both powered on and accepted a new codeplug without issue. They have minor scratches and wear; this was noted in the listing and is normal for fire department radios. Definitely a great deal on a TK-3180 with all the fixings.

Excellent Speaker Mic
Genuine Kenwood OEM speaker mic in good used condition. Xmit and receive audio quality are both outstanding; the headset jack is also useful. I'm so happy with mine that I bought another!

High Quality
High build quality, built in Texas. I'd rate five stars but the earpiece jack is 2.5mm rather than 3.5mm so accessories are not as common.
