  Through no fault of the seller,received item,extremely well-packaged throughout. Also the seller stated an average timeframe,as between 5-8 weeks delivery by air,from South Africa. Upon seeing the sellers ratings before purchasing the item,also inspired me to proceed with the order. After some 6 weeks,and with,if any, updates as to it's tracking (NOT sellers fault ),I took pics of opening box to find damaged item. Sent them to him,got fast refund.Thank you,seller,for your apologies and refund.

  I had a problem contacting the carrier to pay the import duties and the seller was incredibly helpful in resolving that problem. Unfortunately when I received the model, which was expensive, the packaging was completely inadequate. The model was not sent in a cardboard box, just some bubble wrap and thin plastic wrapping. As a result the plastic display case was severely cracked and scratched. Fortunately, by some miracle, the model was intact. I cannot recommend this seller.
