PUIG 6486W Windshields Clear Touring

Nice upgrade

I’m 6’2”, 225# and use a sheepskin seat pad. I ride a 2018 BMW R1200GS Adventure and installed the Puig windscreen. Nice upgrade, virtually no noise or buffeting at all. The OEM screen was good but this is 30% more protection. 2 issues with using a tall screen though: 1. Seems narrower than OEM 2. No airflow to the helmet stops buffeting, but also makes me hot without the airflow. 3. Limits my top speed to 88 mph Not sure what the solution would be for the lack of airflow since that causes the buffeting, but it’s a very good screen.

Nice risers

I put these bar risers on a 2018 BMW R1200GS Adventure without issues, however the brake is tight on full lock. I may eventually cut a wire tie or 2, but we'll see. The hardware they sent is good, but I'm going to order 4 more BMW bolts; they're just really nice bolts. The finish is very good and a close match to factory. I ordered a different brand before these that are built in the USA & they were awesome chunks of forged Al. The finish did not match at all, not even close really, so I sent them back. So, I bought these. I don't think these are as good quality just by feel, but they're fine I think. Overall, I give them a 8 out of 10 & I can recommend them.
