Not easier; manual may have been better
2 of 2 found this helpful Due to illness, I bought this item thinking it would make things easier for me to use in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it didn't do what I was hoping for. I had to have my partner hold the handle down fairly hard for it to "spiral". Most of the time it just scraped up the top of the vegetable so there was a lot of juice running over onto the counter. I didn't think to take photos though. I definitely wish I'd gotten a manual one or handheld one side this electric one was just as difficult for me to use. At least I would have gotten more of my vegetables shredded versus juice and waste.
