  My only complaint is that when I told the seller he sent the wrong item, which is an honest mistake, instead of saying, I'm sorry I got push back with him saying, "I sent you what you ordered". The return went smoothly and I sent him a photo of what he sent me. He could have been nicer about his error.

  Packaging was excellent. Arrived timely. As described. (Product appears to be possibly expired? It pills & crumbles after patted on eye area. For me, it also burns. Which when a product is at this stage, my eyes personally, are sensitive to expired eye cream.) Oh well. Tried twice now on Ebay. Different sellers. Both seem like nice shops/people.
