The tape on the bottom was not secure. The car came in safely, so I’ll just mention it and not ding you for it. Very pleased. Recommend!

Probably the Best people I've dealt with in 20 years on eBay, and far better than Amazon..! Well described used laptop, beautifully packaged, but arrived with a broken screen because of rough shipping. The people at sonomaresale replied very quickly and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Thank you for being such a well run company of obviously great people.! If you are buying a retro PC that is brittle and risky to ship, these guys appear to know how to ship them. In spite of the excessive damage to the case of this unit, they still proceeded to pack it with extreme care to ensure it did not budge an inch. it was very snug in its package. There was a mild disagreement via PMs however it was resolved quickly and the seller did go above and beyond for a broken piece of computing history, for what its worth!
