The only thing I was not thrilled about was that there was 4 staples used in the process of securing the coin for delivery. Coins and staples should not be close together for storage or shipping. Other than that I am happy with my purchase! I would recommend this seller.

A Chair for Greatness
Read a "Best of the Best" review of this chair and decided to take the plunge, hoping for quality and comfort vs. the cheap stuff sold by the Office Supply stores for the same price or more ... and AM I EVER IMPRESSED !
Looking over the parts before assembly, smart design and quality construction jumped out at me. Then, I discovered a 1-page set of assembly instructions with only 5 steps ... only 5 steps! I took my time, followed the instructions and the chair was properly assembled THE FIRST TIME in under 10 minutes - seriously!
Way to go Modway ... love the product, a definite winner and highly recommended!

Worth the money - ony two issues
Single person, easy installation ... watch video! Only remove outside screws on each of four ends - loosen inside screws only if you need to adjust width. Be sure to hand tighten all screws before reseating the rubber. End caps are prone to not lock in place properly and slip off - see below review that describes Dremel tool adjustment. I was able to hand pound them into a locked position. Beware the supplied hex tool is soft metal and strips easily - you may need to use another 3/8" hex tool to fully tighten screws - deducting 1 star for the end cap issue and cheapo hex tool.
