    Device arrived with already up-to-date firmware and AC adapter was partially undone from its twist tie and outside of its plastic packaging bag (see photos). This led me to believe it was an open box item and not brand new as listed since these do not ship with the latest firmware and AC adapters don't come undone. Seller was very responsive and although they denied that it could be an open box item, they still worked with me to come to an agreeable solution. The pedal itself - great so far!
