Great Supplement
I am on the Ketogenic Life Style and I use this product a long with coconut oil as needed to provide me with the extra fat calories with those meals that are short on enough fat calories. It has no taste so it can be put into almost anything. I will sometimes add it to a cut of decaf coffee, or on a salad with my oil & vinegar mix. It's not something I take all the time so this large bottle should last me a long time.

Grate value for the price $$
