  We all make mistakes it's understandable. I purchase this item listed as a small. I received a large. I immediately contacted the seller and sent several messages including photos of the package and the item. I did not her from her after several attempts to rectify the situation. I realize mistake can be made, I have had a few myself but I would not go back and forth with messages but rather take care of the problem immediately. Wrong size.
