I immediately contacted the seller and sent several messages including photos of the package and the item. I did not her from her after several attempts to rectify the situation. I realize mistake can be made, I have had a few myself but I would not go back and forth with messages but rather take care of the problem immediately. Wrong size.

Silky soft hair
2 of 2 found this helpful This spray works better than any other thermal spray I have found. I spray it on my hair before I use my hot iron and it makes my hair so silky.
