  The Seller wen5 above & beyond without my asking. He educated me as i purchased the 1st part as per my Plumber & Seller asked for 3 pics. In 5mins he informed me that I would need another part & he also had it in stock as well. Tested parts, in mint condition, arrived in couple days and he has great prices compared to many Sellers who mind you are selling parts nit tested so we dont know if they would even work upon arrival. This same me so much time & got me back up in a short timeframe.

  The USPS got the item from the seller in new jersey to Wichita kansas in 2 days but couldn't get it out of Wichita for a whole day the seller was extremely knowledgeable,helpful, and professional I would recommend anyone needing hot water tank stuff go to him first and you will find there are still people that know customer service
