17 of 18 found this helpful I tried this product for the first time over a year ago for dark spots around my inner thighs. I had to have surgeries later on which had me bedridden and stuck to a wheelchair for months. I couldn't use the product then and the dark spots returned. I purchased it again and this time started using it on my nipples and my inner thighs and butt. This cream is the BEST! It started working again after 8 days of application. It isn't harmful to my skin, I apply in the morning and at night. I don't overdo it so as to not risk any irritation. The only negative thing I can say is that it smells God-awful! I mean it really smells like moldy donkey butt, however it works and does a great job! Totally recommend.
