Sometimes the truth is simple

Mike Rowe has an honest way of not glossing over the truth but instead elevating it to the podium. This book should be mandatory for parents of kids who are not college inclined, and for the kids to read afterwards. Maybe then they can have a good discussion about the realities of life

Mirrors fit without any real problems.

The mirrors were of good quality. They went on easily and function well except for one problem. The only problem I had, turns out to be a BMW problem mentioned many times on forums. The heat circuit for the BMW does not turn off. In the manual, it only turns on when the rear defroster is selected. In actuality, for many z4 owners, it stays on. I noticed that the mirrors got really hot, too hot to touch comfortably. This is not the mirror's fault, but BMW. I had to disconnect the mirror heat connection for safety.. Again, not the manufacturer's fault, but that wonderful BMW engineering..
