Quirky but great.
2 of 2 found this helpful Bought this game when I was a kid and decided to get it again to re-live some memories. Honestly, this game does a lot while also taking the simple routs in things, likely due to developer budget and utility access. The graphics are really really poor for the most part, but makes up for it by playing to its own faults. As far as the story goes, it's a little slow to start but picks up quickly as you continue to play, becoming more and more compelling as the game continues on. The story never forgets old components and characters, and comes up with unique ways to include them into the story in the later parts of the game, thankfully it never feels like a re-use of bad story telling, which you get a lot of with newer games today. Overall, it's kind of silly, interesting, and fun, and I'd suggest trying it out for yourself.
