This is a 5 star EBay Seller - Fantastic service - package arrived very carefully packaged and the Cartier bracelet is authentic and more beautiful than the pictures Soicher (seller) posted. As ALL the UPS deliveries are running late due to holidays and staff shortages - this seller went out of their way to contact us letting us know he followed up -date of arrival which we greatly appreciate.   VERY confusing transaction.I questioned high shipping fee before bidding. Seller said it was a mistake & lowered it to free on the listing, but the description quoted a lower price than before.After winning auction, I promptly paid. Hours later, seller issued a refund, but did not communicate. After a few days of no word, I asked for an update. The seller responded that they could not find item and had to refund the price paid.Seller has good items for sale, but I am hesitant to bid on any.
