I did not realize that plans would be sent electronically and not shipped. Then there was an issue with downloading the files Vendor was very helpful with resolving issue, Ebay should be able to identify when the customers are to receive digital files and not send shipping tracking with the expectation of within 5 days. Until I contacted the vendor directly, I had no ideal tto expect an email. My experience was positive for the vendor and negative for Ebay!
